We are the data controller for the personal data you send through this site. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB719071.

Enquiry data: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, postcode, whether you are interested in renting or buying, your message, and the date and time of the enquiry.

Consent record: confirmation that you agreed to be contacted about your enquiry.

Technical data: a one way hashed value derived from your connection, used only to limit repeated automated submissions, plus standard server logs held by our hosting provider.

We do not ask for health information through this website. If you tell us something about your health in a free text message, we will use it only to answer your enquiry and to consider whether a chamber is suitable for you.

To reply to your enquiry, discuss suitability, quote for rental or purchase, and arrange delivery, installation, training and support. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, and performance of a contract once you go ahead.

To keep the enquiry form working and protect it from automated abuse. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

To meet accounting and tax obligations where you become a customer. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

We do not use enquiry details for marketing, we do not sell or rent data, and we do not share browsing data with advertising networks.

Only staff who need it to answer your enquiry or support your chamber. Enquiries are stored in an access controlled database that is not publicly readable.

Our processors are our cloud hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and, where relevant, our professional advisers such as accountants and insurers. All are bound by data processing terms.

We will disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Some providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK approved Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Enquiries that do not proceed: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.

Customer records for a rented or purchased chamber: for the life of the agreement plus 6 years, so that we can support the chamber and meet our legal and insurance obligations.

Financial records: 7 years, as required by HMRC.

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted where there is no compelling reason for us to keep it, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where consent is our basis.

To exercise any of these, email hello@onepersonalwellness.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge for most requests.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role based and enforced by row level security policies so that enquiry records are not readable by site visitors. Submissions are rate limited and screened for automated abuse. Backups are taken automatically.

This site and our chambers are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

This site uses only the storage needed to make it work and to protect the enquiry form. There are no advertising cookies. See our cookie notice for the detail.

We may update this notice. Any change will appear on this page with a new revision date.
