Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry, rental or purchase of a hyperbaric oxygen chamber arranged through it. Acca Preventive Health Ltd, trading as ONE Personal Wellness. 31 May Street, Belfast, BT1 4NG. Company No. NI695352 (Northern Ireland), incorporated 13 March 2023.

In these terms, "we", "our" and "us" mean that company, trading as ONE Personal Wellness. "You" means anyone who uses this site or takes a chamber from us.

By using this site or sending an enquiry, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 to enquire, rent or buy. A chamber may only be used by adults, and by anyone else only with adult supervision and our written agreement.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and prices shown on this site are indicative only. We will confirm availability, suitability, the full cost and the agreement terms in writing before anything is binding.

We may decline an enquiry where we reasonably believe a chamber would not be suitable or safe for your household or your home.

Rental is monthly and runs for a minimum term, after which it continues monthly until either side gives notice. The minimum term, the notice period, and the end of term options are to confirm and will be set out in your written agreement.

The chamber, and any equipment supplied with it, remains our property for the whole of the rental. You may not move it to another address, sell it, lend it, sublet it, or alter it, without our written agreement.

You must keep the chamber in the condition it was delivered in, allow for the servicing we arrange, and tell us promptly about any fault, damage or loss. You are responsible for damage caused by misuse or neglect.

We may end a rental where payments are missed, where the chamber is used unsafely or against our written guidance, or where we cannot get access to service it.

Where you buy a chamber outright, the payment schedule, delivery lead time, warranty length and warranty cover are to confirm and will be set out in your written order.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

The manufacturer's warranty applies in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Warranty cover may be void where the chamber has been altered, serviced by someone else, or used outside the written guidance.

You are responsible for providing safe access, adequate floor space and ceiling height, a suitable and safe power supply, and reasonable ventilation. We will confirm the requirements in writing before delivery.

We will not install where conditions are unsafe or differ materially from what was agreed. Where a delivery cannot be completed for that reason, a further visit may be chargeable.

The delivery area and any delivery charge are to confirm.

We provide in home training before your first session. The chamber must be used only as covered in that training and in the written guidance we supply, and never unattended.

You must not exceed the pressure or session limits we give you, must not use oil based products, naked flames, heaters or anything that could ignite in or near the chamber, and must follow the cleaning instructions provided.

Anyone using the chamber must first read the disclaimer on this site and consider whether to speak with their GP.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Rental is collected monthly in advance. Where a payment fails we may pause use of the chamber until the account is brought up to date.

Where you order at a distance or off premises as a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where you have asked us to install and begin the rental within that period, you may owe a proportionate amount for what has been supplied.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, nor for any health outcome, since these chambers are supplied for wellness use and not as medical equipment.

Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability in connection with a chamber is limited to the amount you have paid us for it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Acca Preventive Health Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt it without our written consent.

Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malicious software, or use automated tools to extract data without our written permission. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.

We handle personal data in line with our privacy notice, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, government restrictions, power or telecommunications failure, industrial action, or failures in the supply chain.

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland and the courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms and will post any change here with a new revision date. Changes do not affect an agreement already in place.
